Hi, welcome to ‘Health God’s Way’. My name is Helen and I’m married to a wonderful man named Humphrey! Yes, that’s really his name. We have three children, 3 Grandchildren and they’re all gorgeous! Like you, we simply want to be healthy in every way, body soul and spirit, so that we can live long and enjoy the ride!

My husband loves cars, especially the ones that go fast! So what would he do if the car needed to be repaired………he would ask the company that designed and made that car; after all they should know best how to fix it!

In the same way we need to go to the one who created us in the first place, surely He knows best what we should do and how to fix anything that has gone wrong! “You have to be kidding”, I hear you say. No doubt some of you don’t accept that we have a Creator, that’s ok, you are entitled to your opinion. Just read on there maybe something that will help you!

God’s will for your life is that you prosper and are healthy. (3 John 1,2) If you have a Bible, check it out! Then it says that this really will happen but according to how much your soul prospers. Don’t stop reading……I know that’s over the top. Just hang in!! You are primarily a spirit which is housed in a body and has a soul. Your soul is comprised of your emotions, your mind and your will. So what God is saying is that if you fill your mind with the right things (His word, the Bible), that will affect your emotions and affect your will. The result is you will have ‘health God’s way’. Fear will disappear. You will know how not to get offended. Eating the right foods will not be difficult. Exercising won’t be impossible. Your relationships will be mended and you will find yourself smiling, laughing and at peace! Cool or what…..and how does it happen? When we discover how to walk in ‘health God’s way’.
